We have exciting tasks for you

• Conducting and documenting technical tours and supporting the object manager in administrative documentation

• Maintenance, maintenance and maintenance of buildings

• Conducting and maintaining fault, testing, maintenance and inspection reports

• Elimination of disturbances and implementation of small repairs

Your location is Jena. You work in the 2-shift model (without night shift) and take a Saturday service once a month

This will inspire us

• Complete training as plant mechanic SHK, plant mechanic HKLS, central heating manufacturer, ventilation manufacturer, gas and water installer or comparable qualification

• Experience in technical building management or service desirable

• Cross-trade expertise desirable

• Including professional experience

• High level of commitment and reliability

• Customer-oriented independent working and communicative appearance

• Team player and joy in joint success

• Willingness to take over weekend services and readiness to call
