Own-sponsored settlement of impaired loans and leasing contracts and battery lease contracts Implementation of contractual changes/adjustments and payment agreements settlement of wounds and insolvency cases Decision on contract notices and notices Commissioning external bodies for collection/search measures and their monitoring Correspondence with lawyers, insolvency administrators and courts Time-limit and repositories management Prevention of fraud by fraud prevention activities (fraud pattern recognition) and the processing of fraud Working with projects

Completed commercial training in connection with several years of professional experience in financing and leasing Embossed communicative skills in word and writing – in particular targeted telephony and empathy in difficult communication partners A high degree of flexibility and willingness to integrate into new systems as well as active cooperation in optimizing workflows High level of independent work, team skills Good MS Office knowledge Good knowledge of German and English
