As Microsoft Dynamics Consultant, you will work with internal smaller and medium-sized interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success. You will also: Designing and configuring facet-rich customer applications based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (e.g. Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service) Bring your expertise into all phases of a CRM project – from requesting, creating user stories, solution design, prototyping, adaptations and testing to rollout Advise customers in designing and optimizing their business processes around the customer application Training and workshops for end users Support Dynamics 365 CE integration with other systems

As Microsoft Dynamics Consultant, you should bring: Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications At least 3 years of professional experience in implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Knowledge of the application and adaptation of Dynamics 365 CE modules (sales, customer service, also customer insights and field service) Experience with Power Platform, PowerApps and Power Automates Certifications in Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform are advantageous Interest in AI tools to use them supportively in your working day, taking into account the applicable legal requirements (e.g. EU‐AI‐Act, Data Protection, Compliance) Basic travel readiness (3 days/week), depending on the customer situation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
