The scholarship calculation unit is responsible for the calculation and fixing of the scholarships according to the guidelines of the Federal Ministry for Research, Technology and Space for the funding of gifts and the Federal Education Funding Act (BAföG). Implementation of the entire associated correspondence Monitoring and maintenance of appointment control Management and management of the financial files of the scholarship holders Support in preparing and maintaining various Excel tables (e.g. seminar calculations) Testing and processing of recovery Creation of certificates and various letters Acquisition of other administrative tasks within the department
