Description Your main tasks: You plan, organize, control and monitor the administrative and operational processes in your field of application Create, implement and update service instructions and make sure your team keeps and applies them You take care of your team by taking a good example, acting as a leader, motivating your employees and continuously supporting them in their professional and personal development through targeted training. Runs regular Jour fix appointment with your customer contact partners and area management You ensure perfect quality management in accordance with the QM guidelines and monitor the contractually agreed services – both in terms of quality, scope and acceptance as well as in the processing of customer complaints Working hours: Mo-Fr 08:00 – 16:00, and support for events/special services on weekends
