Your goal is to lead a sales team to establish new long-term cooperation relations with German companies in order to significantly increase their environmental impact and to generate funding for WWF's work in the context of communicative cooperation. To do this, you and your team acquire business partners primarily for the topics communication, sponsoring, donation and consulting Your rating and negotiates licensing partnerships to use the well-known WWF logo with internal and external stakeholders It develops new concepts and innovative mechanisms for the acquisition of strategic communicative corporate partnerships Your work is connected to the national colleagues of WWF Germany and international colleagues in the WWF network

at least three-year leadership experience in flat hierarchies with high individual autonomy in the team a successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Sustainability Management, Communication Science, etc. a communicative and passionate sales personality that is characterized by enforcing ability, result orientation and team capacity at least eight years of professional experience in the marketing of products with proven sales successes and strong interest in sustainability issues a competent, safe and accurate appearance as well as very good presentation skills with Microsoft PowerPoint a pragmatic and above all solution-oriented method very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing ideally experience in or with non-profit organization/s, advertising or marketing agency/s
