Consultant Financial Services – for the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe (m/f/d)

Project management during the planning, control and documentation of top management projects with focus on the SFG. Development of analyses and participation in the creation of specialist concepts for optimising internal processes. Responsibility for partial project objectives and ensuring high quality in operational implementation – from planning to go-live. Preparation of documents for presentations at management and board level as well as participation in the presentation of workshops. Internal development: Active contribution to the further development of our consulting approaches for the savings banks financial group.

Completed studies (B.Sc./M.Sc.) in economics, economics (ideally with a focus on banks/finance) or a comparable qualification. You already bring first sound experience in the environment of the Sparkassen Finanzgruppe – e.g. through bank training, a dual study at a savings bank or relevant internships in a bank organization. You are sure to use common project management methods (classical or agile) and understand how to use them in practice. Very good German knowledge (C2). Solution-oriented hands-on mentality and real interest in implementation. Team player:in with high social competence and safe appearance towards customers:in management level. Readiness to learn, sense of responsibility and readiness to travel for projects.
