THESE APPROACH

• In your role as Coordinator Data Protection (m/w/d), you are responsible for implementing data protection-relevant specifications within the group-wide data protection organisation. This also includes supporting the introduction or amendment of data protection-relevant procedures as the first internal contact person for data protection issues.
• You accompany the roll-out of the international data protection organization and enable the Data Protection Experts in the international sister companies. In addition, you take over the creation and updating of training documents and perform data protection training.
• In close coordination with the departments, you support the implementation and compliance with data protection regulations. In addition to the creation and management of required documentation, you accompany the documentation of procedures in the processing directory in the respective fields.
• You ensure that the cooperation with business partners takes place in accordance with data protection and check the processing of personal data.
• In addition, you support the processing of internal and external data protection requests, clues and complaints. In addition, you contribute to the clarification of data protection incidents, prepare decision bases for the management and coordinate cooperation with the data protection supervisory authority if necessary.
• Together with relevant interfaces, you will cooperate in data protection audits and data protection assessments. With a view to the further development of data protection, you support group-wide reporting and the further development of the group-wide data protection organisation.

THE BRINGS

• You have completed a degree in law, computer science, economics or a comparable subject with legal training.

• You have several years of professional experience and well-founded knowledge in the field of data protection. You also know the German and European data protection law as well as relevant standards and standards such as ISO 27001 or the BSI IT basic protection.

• Your high legal understanding allows you to work quickly and routined into complex issues.

• You convince with high IT affinity and curiosity for new technologies. Embossed analytical skills characterize you.
