Software Engineer (Java, JavaScript / Process Automation)*

You will be part of the Automation Services team. Colleagues work as consultants:inside and technology partners:involve a modern, scalable service platform in customer service. The goal: to make our customer service processes even more customer-friendly and efficient using modern technologies. For the automation of service processes, we use cloud tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, Cognigy and Camunda. These are complemented by internally developed applications in Java / JavaScript / Angular. In order to introduce and expand these technologies in a structured and sustainable manner, we have set up a team of our own who is responsible for the design, development and operation of these processes and applications. After we have successfully implemented numerous automation projects, we want to follow this path consistently and further develop our initiatives. This is why we are now looking for a:n software developer:in, who runs and develops our applications for the automation of processes.
