BSI Customer Suite CRM & CX Expert (m/f/d)

End-to-end management: You design CRM and CX projects based on the BSI Customer Suite from idea to go level. Business Analysis: You work closely with our customers, understand their processes and translate them into smart BSI solutions.

Requirement management: You conduct workshops, bring structure to the requirements and ensure clarity in complex topics.

Stakeholder Management: You coordinate departments, IT and Vendor, control projects through complex coordination and support the sales team in pitches, scopings and assessments with clear professional orientation.

BSI configuration: You configure the Customer Suite or control the technical implementation and develop our methods, templates and best practices in the BSI environment.

Quality & Delivery: You take responsibility for quality, time, budget and a productive project setup.

Project experience: You bring several years of experience in CRM or CX projects, ideally in interaction with the BSI Customer Suite.

Methodological strength: You convince in consulting, project management or software development and master common methods in analysis, planning and control.

Process competence: You know business processes in areas such as service, marketing, sales or operations and can translate them into systemic solutions.

Analytical clarity: You work structured, think several steps ahead and find solutions that are both technical and technical.

Sovereign communication: You prepare complex facts in a comprehensible way, carry out workshops securely and move yourself confidently between specialist and management.

Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and English.
