For our Product Development Enterprise & Industry, we are looking for a group management (d/m/w) in Kirchheim near Munich, Berlin or Leipzig, which combines technological innovation with clear leadership responsibility and further develops our cloud native strategy.

You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the Cloud Native Development (CND) group You develop your employees professionally and personally and promote a performance-oriented, safety-conscious team culture You are responsible for the successful, high-quality and timely implementation of your group's development projects You make sure that security requirements regarding data, network access, backup mechanisms and failure security are consistently taken into account You plan and tax personnel, resources and budget use economically and targeted You establish suitable quality and release mechanisms and ensure structured, efficient development processes You will ensure effective cooperation within the group and with adjacent teams You support and advise Product Owner as well as department management in technical and strategic issues You build transparent information and reporting systems and represent your area of responsibility professionally inside and outside

Complete university studies of computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable Multiannual experience in the disciplinary leadership of teams At least 5 years of experience in software development, of which ideally 2 years of leadership Knowledge of cloud and Kubernetes environments Very good knowledge of agile methods and experience with JIRA/Confluence, CI/CD pipelines and Git Strong security awareness in architectural and development issues Entrepreneurial thinking and business understanding Structured, analytical and process-oriented operation Representative communication and conflict resolution competence High motivation and enforcement strength German language skills (min.
