Analysis and comprehensible processing of operational key figures in the S-Bahn network Central Germany and deriving practical measures Identification of risks and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements from traffic contracts Further development of fault and disposition concepts as well as active control and maintenance of our quality standards Coordination of construction and infrastructure measures and implementation of targeted measures to improve punctuality in close cooperation with infrastructure companies, service providers and responsibilities Creation of opinions (e.g. in the context of KomBau) and development of sustainable construction site concepts for improving punctuality and connection security Participation in the further development of the data quality in the construction site context and ensuring high quality in passenger information independent development of concepts, presentations and decision-making templates, as well as sovereign representation of content to internal and external partners Working with the further development of timetable and operating concepts with the aim of continuously improving the operating quality and minimizing the impact of construction sites for passengers Initiation and control of measures for the reduction of penals as well as for the optimization of the ordering fees Take responsibility for sub-projects, e.g. in the context of operational recordings, as well as support in follow-up management Ensuring a transparent, targeted information flow to all relevant interfaces and stakeholders

A completed degree in Business Administration, Transport, Economic Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification Ideally first professional experience Knowledge in railway operations and after-load management are advantageous First experience in project work Good knowledge of English Safe handling of common IT applications, especially MS Office A structured, reliable and independent operation Extensive sense of responsibility, flexibility and resilience Entrepreneurial thinking and decision-making
