We offer you a practical legal training within the framework of your legal or electoral station with a wide range of insights into the work of the legal department of a DAX group. Under the guidance of experienced syndicate lawyers (m/w/d), you will be able to participate in the following tasks:

Support for the legal area in the daily business, e.g. search for legal issues, preparation of opinions, support for advisory activities Participation in the examination, preparation and negotiation of contracts and corresponding documentation Preparation of practical decisions and cooperation in the development of possible measures Cooperation and support in basic projects with legal or legal operations focus

Above-average study and exam services with international reference Advanced station in the Referendariat (administrative or electoral station) with a recognizable focus on economic law Knowledge of relevant legal areas, e.g. corporate, capital market, antitrust or export control law, desirable Safe handling of legal research and structured processing of complex facts, including using relevant IT tools Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
