Dispatcher - Procurement of goods (m/f/d)

You plan and coordinate the procurement of goods and make sure that orders are delivered to our producers on time You keep the stock in mind, analyze availability and tax reorders to ensure optimal stock availability You control delivery times, monitor shipping status and make sure products arrive on time You are in close contact with our producers, clarify availability and ensure smooth handling of orders You work closely with purchasing, logistics and sales to ensure a coordinated flow of goods You provide ordering data in our system, update delivery times and start evaluations to optimize the MRP processes

You have successfully completed a commercial training or a comparable qualification You bring relevant experience in disposition, procurement or logistics, ideally in a retail company You have organizational strength and a structured way of working You work safely with ERP or goods management systems as well as with MS Office, especially Excel You organize your tasks structured and keep orders, delivery dates and stocks at any time in mind You work independently and solution-oriented, even if short-term changes or delivery delays occur You communicate clearly and professionally with suppliers and internal departments to control processes smoothly You have very good German skills and ideally good English skills
