Your dutiesResponsible support of a firm customer base – from request to invoice Purchasing and procurement of special screws, drawing parts and custom mechanical connecting elements Calculation and creation of offers as well as active support of orders throughout the entire process Date, quantity and delivery monitoring Coordination with national and international suppliers Close cooperation with logistics and quality management to ensure smooth processes Central contact person for customers and suppliers

You bring this with completed commercial or technical training Experience in purchasing, sales or technical customer support, ideally in the area of fastening technology Technical understanding of drawing parts and custom mechanical connecting elements Structured, independent working and a pronounced organizational talent Communication strength and real customer orientation Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office English knowledge of advantage
