You actively support us in the event area and attend our internal and external events of A-Z You professionally develop, plan and accompany our events of a variety of ways, implement them and prepare them in close cooperation with your colleagues from the most diverse areas of HANSAINVEST and external business partners Whether it's creative conception or on-site, you'll become an important point of contact for our customers and partners, where you can experience HANSAINVEST and its ecosystem ̶ live, hybrid and digital The (further) development of new and existing event concepts, organizing, performing and preparing events and fair appearances are exactly your thing You will take care of the selection and control of service providers for catering, location, printing, technology and co, the research and coordination with speakers, compliance with HANSAINVEST Corporate Identity, in participant management and have the budget in mind You implement your ideas independently and bring the formats to success. The span is large. From smaller webinars, to fair participations within Germany to events within the HANSAINVEST locations in Hamburg and Frankfurt and innovative event formats You are also actively engaged in events in case of need and actively support so that the format becomes a success for the HANSAINVEST and our customers

You have proven, multi-year experience in event management, either on the corporate or agency side. Whether studying or training is secondary to us. It is important to us that you know the handles and can start immediately. With you, events become a success You have an eye for details and you can draw your attention through a very structured, independent and quality-conscious way of working. Date and timelines are of course for you Event controlling is not a duty for you, but an indispensable part of your work, which you do conscientiously. The safe handling of numbers, keeping invoices and the clean constellation is a task for you to encounter with a lot of reliability and criticism You don't let yourself be rested when things come differently than thought and keep an overview even in hectic or critical situations You have experiences in the field of event conception and planning and bring them into line with HANSAINVEST. Whether digital, hybrid or presence formats do not matter to you You actively pack with where help is needed.
