Your tasks:

As the Chief Transformation Officer, you will significantly shape the comprehensive transformation of the University Medicine Dresden. They are responsible for strategic, digital, organisational and cultural change processes and ensure their sustainable anchoring in the overall organisation.

Development, updating and communicative implementation of a company-wide digital transformation strategy for the future-oriented development of Higher Education Dresden Strategic control of cross-departmental transformation projects at the interface of organisational development, digitalization, innovation and culture In close cooperation with CIO and CDO sustainable anchoring of digital and AI-based innovations in the entire company incl. Coordination and leadership of interdisciplinary project teams to successfully implement innovative technologies and solutions Initiation and support of transformation processes with a future-oriented, patient-centric supply Development and implementation of change management strategies and active participation in cultural change in the organisation Promoting innovation and future-oriented corporate culture through communication, participation and networking

Your profile:

Complete study in the field of medicine, economic engineering, computer science, health management or a comparable discipline. An MBA or an additional qualification in the field of management and transformation is advantageous Knowledge of modern digital technologies, especially artificial intelligence, machine learning and their use in healthcare Strategic thinking, high communicative competence and strong implementation orientation Ability to combine innovation and tradition responsibly and promote sustainable development
