Campus Manager (m/w/d)

Join our mission to make education accessible to all! Strengthen our team of university administration as Campus Manager (m/w/d) in full-time (40 hours/week) at our place of study in Munich, Hamburg or Erfurt.

Campus Management & Student Support: You will ensure a smooth day of study by coordinating all infrastructural, administrative and service-oriented processes on campus.

Team leadership: You run the Student Service Team on site professionally and disciplinefully as well as partly at one or more other smaller locations in the region.

Student satisfaction: You are responsible for the satisfaction of the students (Net Promoter Score), the reputation of the campus and the graduation rate.

Interface management: You work closely with academic management as well as central departments such as sales, course and exam management and real estate management.

Optimization & Event Management: You optimierst processes, managst escalations, represent the campus at events and foster relationships with local partners.

Leadership experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in managing teams – ideally in the field of education or in areas such as customer service, hotel industry, branch management or sales.

Guide style: You understand leadership as a cooperative and inclusive process. You keep an eye on the team, promote personal responsibility and trust and actively involve employees in decisions. Communication, co-determination and common design are of course for you – you work with your team, not about it.

Customer orientation: A pronounced service and service mentality distinguishes you.

Strengths: You convince with communication skills, organizational skills and a structured way of working.

Qualification: You have a completed degree or a comparable qualification.

Flexibility: You are happy to travel when required, and speak fluent German and English to provide students and partners with optimal care.

On-site presence: You appreciate personal exchange and are happy to be present daily at one of our campus sites to support your team as much as possible.
