As a care force, you accompany our residents in everyday life and contribute to creating structure, orientation and quality of life. You work reliably, empathically and in close cooperation with care and other disciplines. Framework conditions: Start of contract: 01.04.2026 Hours: part-time 15 to 20 hours. Place of use: Hahne Residenz „Rethen an der Leine“, Laatzen. Holiday: 35 days at a 6-day week. Working hours: Early services and late services, including weekend services on every second weekend (breakfast service 8:00 to 13:00, late service 12:45 to 17:45), flexible in the monthly schedule. Payment: For a weekly working time of 20 hours, the monthly gross salary is between € 1,666.92 and € 1,760.01, depending on the experience. Your tasks: Everyday support: support for residents in everyday activities and in the daily structure. Care offers: planning and implementation of employment and activation offers. Social participation: promotion of conversations, contacts and community activities. Documentation: Technical documentation of the services carried out.
