Sales Coordinator (m/f/d)

You are advising interested parties with enthusiasm for our training offer – by phone, email or in a personal conversation You keep our sales channels in mind and develop creative approaches to lead generation and conversion You work with our CRM system and always have leads, contacts and activities in mind You plan and moderate information events and digital events and ensure that our programs are presented professionally You analyze markets, target groups and competitors and provide valuable impulses for our sales strategy You support the marketing team in implementing effective campaigns and actively contribute their own ideas

You have a completed training or study

You will have first experiences in the sales environment, customer service or education

You have very good German language skills (C1+) and good to very good English skills (B2)

You communicate convincingly, empathically and service-oriented – on the phone, by email and in personal exchange at internal conferences

You work structured, independent and are digitally affin and safe to use common tools such as CRM systems and MS Office

You are interested in continuing vocational training and are pleased to accompany people in their development
