From now on we are looking for a master / a mastermind (m/w/d) in full time (40 hours) for our locations in Mainz and Worms.

What are my tasks?

• The management and supervision of our third-party companies in the event of major maintenance measures, including the acquisition and matching of offers and the subsequent quality check of the services carried out, is your responsibility.
• You carry out regular visual inspections on buildings and technical installations to ensure their proper condition and assist in compliance with operator responsibility.
• The building control technology monitors and controls you regularly to ensure proper operation.
• The support of colleagues, as well as the execution of small repairs complete your task area.

What do I bring?

• You have a completed technical training, for example in electrical engineering, electrical installation or in the field of sanitary, heating and air-conditioning technology, and brings the ability to work as a master/master (m/w/d).
• In the day-to-day operating business, you convince by a pronounced technical understanding (including building control technology) as well as craftsmanship.
• A tangible service and service orientation, a structured and independent way of working, as well as a friendly and open-minded appearance are a feature.
• You have a passenger car license (min. class B) to safely guide the object vehicles.
