Line and organization of production in control cabinet construction with focus on energy distribution (NS/MS switchgear) Professional leadership of a team of about 15 employees Optimization and further development of manufacturing processes in an environment with manufacturing, assembly and service under one roof Introduction and application of modern manufacturing methods (e.g. 5S, CVP) to increase efficiency and quality Ensuring quality and timely execution – especially for projects in the range of medium voltage up to 36 kV or NS switchgear up to 7,300 A Close cooperation with work preparation, planning, management and assembly/service teams Support for digitalization and process optimization in the manufacturing sector of a company with a strong focus on custom production

Completed electrotechnical training (e.g. electronics, electrical equipment technicians) with further training as technician, master, engineer or comparable Multiannual experience in control cabinet construction or energy distribution, ideally in the area of medium voltage/NS technology leadership experience and the ability to guide and motivate a small team good understanding of manufacturing processes and modern production methods Embossed quality and timeliness as well as structured and solution-oriented methods Communication strength, team capacity and high self-initiative, especially in the area of digitalization/process optimization Very good knowledge of German in word and writing absolutely necessary
