Operations Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as Operations Manager (m/w/d) at our headquarters in Munich, Berlin or Halle or Germany remotely in a hybrid model. As Operations Manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for a customer service project of one of our well-known clients in the field of telecommunications both in terms of operating and process and will lead up to 5 team leads with up to 25 freelancers each reporting to them.

Your mission: Project Management & Account Management: You are the first contact person for our customers, implement their individual requirements in our processes and ensure high-quality implementation in close coordination with your team leads reporting to you Leadership & Coaching: You understand empowering your Team Leads to act independently so that You can motivate their Remote Customer Care teams to top performance Analytical Mindset: You analyze all relevant KPI's of your project, identify prompt action needs and control timely optimizations Stakeholder management: You manage all stakeholders of the project to positive results as well as a smooth process sequence, implement proactive process improvements and work very closely on the Operations Management Team

Your skill set Education: You have completed training and leadership or project management experience, ideally in the Contact Center environment Customer Needs: You know both the needs of clients and call center agents and are able to act with both parties at eye level and to professionally control a project within the meaning of all stakeholders. Language Skills: You are a communication professional (in German and in English you also feel safe), you can also motivate people remotely by your charm as well as your competency and support them when reaching the goals Flexibility & quality: You have a high level of quality, a greedy and structured and can flexibly adjust to changing situations Sovereignty: You perform confidently and confidently, like to work in cross-functional and intercultural teams and have a healthy sense of humor Sales-Background: At best, you bring experience in sales coaching, as you want your team to perform a top performance through sales coaching (upselling and crossselling).
