You can use the frictionless operation and the continuous development of the software – close to the users, close to the technology. You address the Amondis application during operation: You analyze errors, coordinate solutions with the manufacturer and ensure that users can work efficiently – with measurable reduction of system failure times. You are the first contact point for users with questions about Amondis (Second-Level-Support): You translate between specialist department and IT, solve problems in a solution-oriented manner and document findings for future cases. You accompany software updates and releases: you coordinate tests, inform user groups and ensure that new functions are introduced cleanly – minimal friction, maximum acceptance. You analyze requirements from the specialist departments and translate them into specific configuration changes or development orders to the manufacturer – from the requirement to the implemented solution. You're puggling and optimizing interfaces between Amondis and other enterprise systems (e.g. ERP, DMS, HR systems) and ensuring data consistency and stable processes.

Completed commercial or IT training, a corresponding study or relevant professional experience – is crucial for us not your title, but that you can understand commercial processes and can safely reproduce them in Amondis configurative, technical and process. You have experience in supporting business applications or ERP systems – ideally Amondis or comparable solutions (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage). Embossed communication strength: You can explain technical facts for non-IT users in a comprehensible way and stay calm and solution-oriented in stressful situations. You have a structured way of working, self-initiative and the ability to set priorities – even if several construction sites simultaneously act on you. Basic technical understanding: database structures, system interfaces or API concepts are not strange to you.
