Competent patient care: You are the central contact person in our CED language class and accompany patients throughout the entire treatment. Expert advice: You inform patients about investigations and measures and work closely with our medical team. Reliable assistance: You prepare investigations, assist the medical service and ensure a smooth operation. Coordinator: You accept appointment arrangements, coordinate the process and keep track of parallel requirements. Engaged station support: In addition to your focus in the CED-Speak lesson, you support administrative tasks in the stationary area of gastroenterology. Careful administration: You maintain patient data and files, create forms and reports and support in billing medical services.

You have completed training as a medical specialist (m/w/d). Optimumly, you have completed a CED-Fachassistenz-based course or a CED-assistance training – or you are willing to acquire a corresponding qualification. Ideally, you are already specialized in the area of Chronic Inflammable Intestinal Diseases (CED). You work independently, conscientiously and are characterized by a high degree of patient orientation and service awareness. You bring significant communication skills. You possess empathy, especially in dealing with patients and their relatives.
