• Implementation of general house and building activities
• Monitoring and supervision of industrial plants
• Smaller repair, maintenance and maintenance work
• Coordination and support of external service providers
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and functionality of buildings

• Complete training in a craft or technical profession
• Technical understanding and practical working

• Team skills and responsibility
• Good knowledge of German
