Site Manager / Project Manager Electrical (m/f/d)

Your mission – diversity instead of unity As a building manager / project manager Elektro (w/m/d) you actively shape our versatile construction projects in high and industrial construction – with a focus on the technical building equipment – focus on electric. Construction site manager TGA – You take responsibility for the technical building equipment at our construction sites directly in Stuttgart, in particular for the electrical plant. Project control – you ensure a smooth project run – with a clear view of dates, quality, personnel use and cost-effectiveness. Coordinator & Efficiency Drivers – You ensure the optimal preparation and implementation of all construction processes around the Gewerk Elektro, coordinate the execution planning together with external specialist planners and ensure compliance with technical and legal framework conditions according to VOB. Quality expert – you coordinate and run construction partners and suppliers, monitor the assembly and completion of all building systems, accompany the acceptances and commissioning and secure the construction site result. Technical Sparring Partners – You support our TGA department in the tendering and awarding of the services concerned. Security & Sustainability – You consistently respect work security and environmental regulations and, together with our teams, drive the digitalization and BIM applications at the construction site.

What we wish: Technically versed – Complete studies in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification as a technician (w/m/d) or master (w/m/d), knowledge in the building control technology (GLT) are of advantage. Industriekenner & Entwicklungstalent – You have professional experience in the execution of construction projects in the field of technical building equipment, in particular in electrical engineering or you would like to take responsibility as an experienced electrical technician (w/m/d) in the construction management and develop professionally and personally? Then you are welcome to us – also as cross-comers. Digital affinity & Future-oriented – you feel safe in dealing with Microsoft Office and are interested in getting to know modern building software, CAD programs and BIM methods. Previous knowledge is advantageous, but no need.
