International Portfolio Manager* Insulation Systems

You take over the responsibility and management of the portfolio on the topic of thermal insulation composite systems, to ensure competitiveness and profitability and to ensure transparency across all important functions. As a product manager, you provide a “sales-ready” product portfolio at SKU level for all customer groups, tailored to the respective market and business requirements. You ensure active product lifecycle management, including supplementing portfolio gaps, introducing new products and listing of items with inadequate performance. You define the roadmap for the product portfolio and control the project pipeline to achieve effective portfolio updates and innovations. You create global price and margin transparency across all sales channels and target groups. You monitor and analyze competition, important direct and indirect market and surface trends and drive the necessary portfolio adjustments. You define product requirements, application standards and specifications for your Roadmap projects.

You have completed university studies or comparable training and have an affinity on technical topics. You have several years of experience in product management or consulting, ideally with relevant market and industry experience. You have experience in the analysis of market and customer trends and in deriving measures to optimize the portfolio. You have proven success in building and managing a complex international product, system and service portfolio and increasing its profitability. You are characterized by pronounced economic activity and strategic thinking. You can rely on excellent presentation and communication skills and communicate safely in German and English. You are ready to take on occasional missions in Germany and abroad.
