In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for you as Aircraft Manager (m/w/d) Airbus at the 28199 Bremen site as part of the employee transfer. The place is offered in full time with a 35-hour week.

Responsibility as a central interface between Wing Equipping, Final Assembly Line (FAL) Toulouse and the Airbus location Broughton (BRO) for all transfer themes of the wings Coordination and negotiation of handover targets and quality criteria (Q-Gates) with the FAL Toulouse (Q-Gate H) and the Broughton (Q-Gate S) site Control of malfunctions in day-to-day operations with special focus on aircraft shortly before handover and on supplier problems with impact on open work Proactive identification, assessment and coordination of risks affecting delivery dates and production plans Coordination of the participating departments, works and suppliers to ensure a smooth flow of materials and information Monitoring and support of handover processes taking into account quality, time and process requirements

Complete Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Engineering or a Technical Course More than 5 years of professional experience in aircraft construction and at least 2 years of experience in interface management and 1 year experience in supplier management Very good knowledge of SAP and experience in handling complex production and transfer processes in the aviation environment Good knowledge of process management, basic knowledge of risk management and Total Quality Management (TQM) / Problem solving methods Good knowledge of civil aviation documentation (Civil Aviation Documentation) Analytical thinkability, pronounced communication strength and an independent, structured and result-oriented operation Willingness to shift work in the weekly shift between early and late shifts and proportionally in the night shift German and English skills
