Planning and monitoring of road and civil engineering construction and asphalt construction, taking into account the technical and economic objectives Control of the construction process and execution of the construction site result control Creating the work costing for the construction project Cost-optimal and timely procurement of the required equipment, machinery and materials in compliance with the corporate guidelines Coordination of the operations of specialist advisers, personnel and subcontractors Calculation of yields Self-employed creation of allowances and bills

Completed studies in civil engineering (FH/TU) or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in civil engineering desirable, also professional beginners are welcome Good user knowledge in MS-Office User knowledge of a billing/calculation program (ideally ARRIBA, iTWO) of advantage Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as an independent, committed and responsible way of working Enforcement and Communication Strength
