Commercial employee with a focus on accounting

The core of your activity is the implementation and documentation of regular accounting (credit and debitor accounting) for the utilities or Services of our customers. You regularly make account adjustments and support customer support in the context of account clarifications. You support the processing of electronic payment transactions. If necessary, you will set up the annual accounts and annual reports of the utilities or Services of our customers. You are responsible for forwarding all necessary documents to the tax advisor of the utilities/suppliers. You support internal accounting when needed. You work closely with all colleagues and work together in the team to optimize the process landscape. You accompany our company on the path of digitalization and work actively with your team on automation and digitization tasks, especially in the accounting context.

You enjoy self-employed work and have a strong team capacity. In addition, you are characterized by your sense of responsibility as well as your high resilience and flexibility. In your day-to-day work, you benefit from your high level of readiness for learning and further education, a quick understanding and your strong reliability and service. You bring the ability and courage to critically question existing processes and actively develop them to continuously optimize our processes. You have a successfully completed commercial training and experience in financial accounting. Ideally, you have knowledge in dealing with DATEV. Routinized computer skills, especially MS Office, complete your profile.

This place is to be occupied in part-time with a size of 30 hours per week.
