Cook (35 hours/week, Thursday - Sunday)

The Radlerhof in Markkleeberg OT Gaschwitz wants you as a dedicated and versatile cook (m/w/d) as an important enrichment for our small, dynamic team.

We are a popular venue for different events, from cosy beer garden meetings to stylish weddings to atmospheric music events.

Your tasks:

• Preparation of food in the à la carte shop and for buffets
• Pre- and post-processing of events
• Ensuring a smooth running in the kitchen
• Compliance with the HACCP principle

Your profile:

• Completed training as cook/cooking, cocook or comparable professional experience
• Passion for good-bourgeois cuisine
• Teamability and flexibility
• ability to work independently and efficiently
• willingness to work on Thursdays to Sundays, in exceptional cases also Mondays to Wednesdays
