You organize processes, accompany projects, keep our IT landscape running and occasionally answer questions like: “Why does the printer only print on Tuesdays?” “Where is the file yesterday?” “Can the system read thoughts?” “Do you have time?” (Spoiler: It won’t be short.) It's waiting for you Organization and development of our banking processes Support and administration of our IT systems Contact for colleagues on technical questions Support of software launches and projects Cooperation with service providers and partners Analysis, documentation and optimization of processes Occasionally detective work on errors that “have still worked yesterday”

Experience in banking, IT administration or both Understanding technical relationships Joy in solving problems before others even notice them Patience to people, hardware and software a certain ability to suffer from Excel lists Humor. Really, you'll need it.
