You take over Commercial and technical project execution of construction projects in scaffolding Offer creation and costing Contract negotiation with contracting entities Leadership of professional staff Contract negotiation and management of subcontractors Customer support and new customer acquisition Responsibility for optimal use of resources, in particular the material and personnel resource

You have: an engineering degree, with a specialist in civil engineering or industrial engineering, or as an alternative to training as a construction engineer (m/w/d) with corresponding professional experience in scaffolding or in the construction industry (m/w/d) or scaffolding master (m/w/d) with professional experience and potential to project manager (m/w/d) Knowledge of contract law and VOB strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as high commitment social competence, team spirit and the ability to lead employees an independent, conscientious and reliable operation EDV knowledge and are routined in dealing with MS Office
