(Senior) Legal Counsel / Fully Qualified Lawyer / (In-house) Lawyer (m/f/d)

Consultation and proactive support of the global business areas and locations of the LEONI Group in legal matters of national and international corporate law (including – if there is legal knowledge – antitrust law) Comprehensive legal consulting of the Corporate Executive Board and the management of the LEONI Group as well as the development of decision-making templates for management, management board and supervisory board Close cooperation with group-internal specialist departments such as Tax, Controlling, Finance and HR in global corporate projects (and – if knowledge exists – M&A activities) Main legal contact for national and international subsidiaries, including in the context of diverse corporate law measures and in relation to corporate housekeeping Compilation, assessment and negotiation of contracts and legal documents in German and English as well as examination, assessment, enforcement and defence of legal claims Legal analysis and design of business operations for the perception of business opportunities and for the prevention and reduction of risks and damage Responsible management of complex and interdisciplinary projects in Germany and abroad

Successful completion of the degree programme Law and the 2nd State Examen, with predicate exams Approval as (Syndikus-)legal attorney desirable Multiannual relevant professional experience with economic activity in an (international) firm or in a (concern)legal department High level of understanding for economic and technical relationships Very good project management skills as well as independent, precise, solution-oriented and structured work “Out of the box” thinking, hand-on mentality and engagement as well as team skills, flexibility and communication strength Excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing, further knowledge of foreign languages
