Manufacture, processing and assembly of naval components and constructions according to technical drawings and specifications deformation and processing of sheets, profiles and other metal components using corresponding machines and systems Implementation of naval assembly work in pre-production, in section construction and on board Preparation and execution of welding work as well as execution of firing, grinding and stapling work Depending on the qualification takeover of the technical coordination and guidance of employees as well as coordination with adjacent trade unions and external partners Ensuring a timely and quality execution of work in compliance with applicable safety regulations

Complete vocational training as a construction mechanic, ideally in the field of shipbuilding or comparable technical qualification Professional experience in naval manufacturing, metal processing, sheet metal forming or welding technology Safe handling of technical drawings, ideally in shipbuilding knowledge in the handling of metal-processing machines and manufacturing processes, depending on the respective application area Ideally experience in the professional guidance of employees or a corresponding further training for the acquisition of pre-worker tasks Self-employed, reliable and quality-conscious functioning as well as teamwork, flexibility and a high level of security
