Support and accompaniment of up to seven young people (14–18 years) in stationary everyday life – with presence, empathy and clear attitude Design of a structured daily routine: wake up, common meals, support for school and homework, leisure activities in the afternoon and evening routines Reference pedagogical work: You take the special responsibility for individual young people, conduct regular individual talks and accompany their individual development Creation, updating and implementation of individual funding plans and assistance plans – including documentation and reporting for the youth offices Parent and family work: regular contact with family of origin, accompaniment of visits and, where appropriate, Return processes Close cooperation with youth offices, schools, training establishments, therapists and other cooperation partners Crisis intervention and deescaling conversation – even in difficult situations, you keep a clear head and professionally trade Accompanying young people in everyday skills: administration courses, doctor visits, shopping, cooking, household management and handling of money Planning and implementation of leisure and group activities – from sports and excursions to creative projects Active co-design and further development of the pedagogical concept – right now, where the team re-forms, you can really contribute

You need: Completed training as an educator or youth and home educator Fun for a job that is not 9-to-5 – shift service with night readiness and weekend services is part of this A basic pedagogical attitude characterized by appreciation, clarity and reliability Own responsibility is not a keyword for you, but a way of working – you meet decisions, stand up and bear responsibility for your pedagogical action Driving license class B and pleasure to control the minibus That would be a plus: Experience in stationary child and youth assistance Knowledge of trauma education, experience education or systemic work Joy in sports, creativity or experiences for young people
