Customer Service Generalist (m/f/d)

For a smooth running of central service processes: You carry out various organizational and administrative tasks and contribute to the efficient functioning of our internal processes.

You are working on estate and care cases independently: You carry out the handling of the property independently and coordinate the communication with estate courts, stand offices and relatives.

You keep an overview: You think you are a reliable reporting by keeping contacts up to date and tracking relevant data and documents.

You actively develop processes: You enter and develop the estate process - including maintenance in the company's manual.

You are responsible for our locker system: You ensure smooth operation and take over contract management, inventory management and billing.

You are organising our post office: You ensure the processing, distribution and digitization of the input mail and ensure an efficient inbox process.

You support in the daily business: You can flexibly engage in different tasks and support your team where you are needed.

You will help shape the future: you actively contribute to the optimization of our processes and participate in projects and changes.

You have a solid foundation: You have a completed bank professional training or a comparable qualification.
