You identify potential and talent on the candidate side (the SPIELER), meet them in personal conversations and build a relationship on You meet companies from the economy (DER UNI) and try their Understanding the game system, philosophy and culture You advise and give tips on next steps, processes with companies, trial days (test trainings) and possible contract offers You advise on wishes, strategies and special requirements of the associations You bring ''players'' and 'agreement'' together, clear out possible obstacles in the approach process and lay the foundation for a rosy cooperation

You have a completed commercial training, e.g. in the field of sports or fitness; an economic study is also advantageous You have first experience in sales or advice Your way of working is characterized by high perseverance, success and passion You encounter new challenges with a positive mindset and intrinsic motivation and draw your attention through your high initiative and your sense of responsibility You want to move and drive your projects independently, but never lose sight of your team and our common goals? You are strong in communication - both in German and in English
