As an AI Platform Engineer (m/w/d), you design our AI and ML platforms and drive their development as a central cutting point for software development, MLOps and Data Science. To do this, you optimize our existing machine learning platform (including Dataiku) and support us in their high-performance integration into our growing AI ecosystem. You design and implement robust backend and devOps and CI functions to automate our platform provision and ensure efficient and standardized release pipelines. By building, operating and continuously optimizing MLOps pipelines, our Data Scientists allow the smooth management of machine learning models across their entire life cycle – from training to deployment and monitoring. In addition, you work closely with our Data Scientists, ML engineers and specialist departments and develop innovative, data-driven products for real value added in the financial industry.

Successful study of computer science, business informatics, physics, mathematics or a similar academic degree – alternatively a comparable completed training or a qualification acquired by relevant professional practice Experience in at least one higher programming language in the backend (e.g. Python, Java) and corresponding libraries such as FastAPI Consistent with containerization (docker) and orchestration (preferably Kubernetes / OpenShift) as well as the principles of modern cloud platform architectures (GCP) Deep understanding of the challenges in the MLOps environment (including CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, automation of pipelines) and ideally practiced in handling tools such as Dataiku, KubeFlow or MLFlow Converts to Linux and the common tools (e.g. shell) Very good German and English in word and writing
