You implement different measurement methods to optimize the qualification of modules in the interaction within the system
You develop and carry out tests on module and system level to ensure system functionality and reliability
You lead internal and external development partners for mechatronic components within an international network
You be part of the product development and drive improvements on module level and on entire system level
Very good degree in mechatronics, engineering electrical, physics, or a comparable technical degree
Experience in the development and design of highly complex mechatronic and/or high-voltage machines or systems, ideally in areas of electron microscopy and/or semiconductor technology
Comprehensive understanding of systems, especially in the fields of mechatronics, electronics, control engineering and measurement technology
Possess knowledge and skills to design complex systems using suitable modeling and simulation methods (e.g., Design of Experiments, MATLAB, Python, etc.)
Ability to manage uncertainty in a changing environment and willingness to travel abroad for work (approx. 20-40%)
A high degree of organizational skills, collaboration and conflict resolution skills, agility, flexibility and an independent, structured and proactive approach to work
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, command of German language is a plus
