Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH (RLS) is one of the world's leading providers of armoured chain and wheel vehicles, tower systems and ABC systems. Within Rheinmetall AG, it represents the Tactical Vehicles division and is responsible for sales, development, production and order and service processing. Within the Quality Department, the Material Review Board (MRB) is a key position for the efficient control and elimination of material deviations in the production environment. As a controller, you take over the technical, interdisciplinary management of the MRB sessions, lead to necessary decisions and escalations and solve non-conformities in close cooperation with suppliers and internal interfaces. In addition, you are responsible for the cause analysis, defining sustainable improvement measures and preparing the reporting for department, project and management. The activity is characterized by a high degree of variety of projects, exciting technical content and cross-sectional cooperation across almost all departments and management levels.

Your tasks:

Technical, interdisciplinary management of MRB in the production environment Making decisions and, where appropriate, Escalation Cooperation and dissolution of non-conformities with suppliers and other interfaces Preparing and working in reporting and reporting, including department management, department management, project management and management Causes analysis and definition of measures and introduction of improvement measures Processing of complaints and cost regression at suppliers
