Participation in the implementation of the group-wide strategy for technology optimization in cooperation with plant manager and industrial performance Optimization of processes within the process organization Analysis and reduction of misproductions, destructions and downtime Close cooperation with production and technology as well as continuous improvement of performance indicators with the focus on OEE (Overal Equipment Effectiveness) Development and implementation of optimization projects

Study of food technology, process engineering, mechanical engineering successfully completed or a comparable qualification Ideally multiannual experience in production in a manufacturing company in the food industry, dairy companies would be desirable High production and practical know-how, experience in the optimization of technical production processes and in improvement processes, such as, for example, KVP,TPM, 5S, LEAN and SMED Embossed team capacity, high communication and presentation strength Solid Microsoft Office knowledge, especially in Excel, SAP experience is advantageous
