Textile Manager (m/f/d)

Quality and process management: ensure quality standards and control and optimisation of washing, drying and textile processes, taking into account technical and economic requirements. Textile cycle and supply: guarantee of efficient textile cycle, monitoring the use of professional clothing and ensuring customer service. Technical support: assessment of customer textiles as regards their suitability for the company's working processes and processing of quality deviations. Interface and project management: coordination of cross-departmental cooperation and support for projects to develop the textile processes. Key figures, budget and improvement management: analysis of relevant key figures, monitoring of the laundry budget and implementation of measures to optimize and digitize the process. Feedback management: Processing and evaluation of customer and supplier feedback on our textiles.

Expertise Qualification: Completed training, e.g. clothing technician (m/w/d), textile operator (m/w/d) or textile engineer (m/w/d), or a study in the textile environment, e.g. textile and clothing technology, or a comparable qualification Professional experience: experience in the textile environment, e.g. through daily work with textiles, as well as a good understanding of textile processes, material properties and their use in everyday work Inventory and inventory management expertise Project management: First knowledge of project management IT: Excellent know-how in MS Office, especially Excel Languages: Good German in Word and Writing as well as basic knowledge in English Personal competencies Analytical thinking: Analytical, process-oriented and business-economic thinking and action Problem-solving competence: Impressed solution orientation and the aim of promoting consistent improvements Communication strength: Strong interpersonal skills to build constructive relationships across different levels Competence of data: ability to analyze, interpret and derive sound conclusions Hands-on-Mentality: Practical, high-conversion work with a high self-initiative
