Team Leader Horticulture and Landscaping / Ornamental Plant Cultivation (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the technical and organizational management of the GaLaBau area and ornamental plant construction. You develop the areas of GaLaBau, ornamental plant construction, cemetery and outdoor facilities professionally and economically. You are responsible for the organisation and professional implementation of training and professional preparation. You lead, support and develop your team and pass on your expertise to employees and trainees. You plan and coordinate work on our external systems and construction projects. You take over the personnel and equipment deployment planning. You create offers and accept recalculation as well as performance billing. You advise clients and contractors and conduct contract negotiations. You ensure compliance with the economic, technical, legal and contractual requirements.

You have a completed master qualification in garden and landscape construction (GaLaBau), for example as a gardener master (m/w/d) in the field of gardening and landscape construction, or a comparable qualification, for example as a state-tested farmer (m/w/d). You bring well-founded practical professional experience in gardening and landscape construction, in nursery, ornamental plant construction or in a related green field. Ideally, you have already gained experience in team management, employee management or work organisation. You are familiar with the planning and processing of construction sites, the work preparation and the calculation and billing of services. You bring commercial understanding of the supply creation, cost control and economic management of orders. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and understand how to initiate employees and coordinate tasks. You are pleased to pass on your expertise to trainees and to accompany people in their professional development. You have knowledge of the relevant technical, technical and legal regulations.
