Strategic Product Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Intensify our team in the social security business unit full-time with work place in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr area – and come forward with the market leader for municipal IT solutions!

You are responsible for the market strategy and conducts trend and market analyses You are responsible for the strategic development of our products with a focus on the local job center market in Germany, taking into account the close links between the various social services You work across the company's strategic orientation on the social economy market and do so in close coordination with other market-driven stakeholders Manage and market software solutions and services of our product portfolio across the entire product lifecycle as part of a multifunctional team as part of the market strategy You work with various departments such as development, marketing, service and sales Together with the product managers in the social security portfolio, you are responsible for the respective product roadmaps in coordination with the other team members, as well as the key stakeholders in the development You control market-related internal and external communication You will take part in events, workshops and forums and organize them in part

You have a degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics or a comparable training You bring experience in product management – ideally in the IT environment (B2B) in municipalities, in the large customer segment or in the public sector You have experience in social administrations You have sound know-how in marketing software and services You work safely with project management methods and control cross-functional and agile project teams You convince with flexibility and enforcing ability with ophthalmicity and treat yourself under changing conditions You are characterized by good analytical and planning skills and a pronounced degree of self-responsibility So you might think...
