Our order as Group Trust is to organize the liquidity for the entire Cooperative Financial Group. We control and optimise the daily liquidity flows and ensure access to the money and capital markets as well as central bank liquidity. The wide range of tasks ranges from the liquidity compensation function as the central bank of the approximately 700 cooperative banks to the optimization of our borrowing through own securities issues. In addition, we are responsible for funding management for the capital market business. This includes the documentation and parts of the emission processes for domestic and foreign emissions as well as the function of the integrated funding coordination. As a trainee, we will gradually integrate you into the daily business. You will be accompanied by experienced colleagues and take over your own projects and tasks. In your 12-month trainee program with an individual schedule, you will be working in the different units of the Group Treasury area. The location of your activity is Frankfurt am Main. In addition, you will not only have the opportunity to look at interfaces in other areas, but will also perform a hospitation at one of our foreign branches in Hong Kong or Singapore.

You have a successfully completed master's degree in full-time (summary 2.5 or better), in the fields of economics, mathematics or natural sciences. If you can learn about capital market products and are interested in current developments in the money and capital market, this is of advantage. Your curiosity and willingness to learn will not only help you to develop yourself, but also to actively promote the Group Trust. You show a high analytical competence that helps you structure problems, identify and evaluate opportunities and risks objectively. You can express yourself confidently in German and English (min. C1).

Perspective: You start with an indefinite contract and a salary of EUR 68,000 during and EUR 74,000 after the trainee program.
