Description

• On behalf of the contracting entity BMW, you support activities and processes in the field of telemarketing and carry out telephone customer surveys.
• You participate in regular training and update your expertise to inspire customers for the new BMW and MINI products.
• The query of customer interests is part of your task as well as the subsequent careful data collection in the IT systems.
• In addition, you will advise our customers on the existing product range.

• Training: no specific training necessary
• Experiences and know-how: enthusiasm for customer service in the automotive sector, rapid understanding and safe handling of common information technologies
