For our two locations – an academy with extensive technical infrastructure in Ostfildern Nellingen and a school building in the Esslinger Old Town – we are looking for a dedicated personality for building management and facility management. In the coming years exciting construction and modernization projects will be launched. At the same time, the day-to-day business also needs someone who coordinates technical issues, keeps track of things and advances things reliably.

Organisation and monitoring of maintenance, repairs and technical tests Contact for craftsmen, architects, specialist companies and external service providers Monitoring of maintenance, testing and operator obligations Support for closing systems including key management Support for fire protection measures and evacuation exercises Participation in the further development of alarm and safety technology Control of external service providers for cleaning, disposal and outdoor care Support and further development of external installations together with external partners Support and coordination of construction, renovation and modernization projects Cooperation in funding applications and project documentation Support of PV system, e-store columns and small fleet Construction and maintenance of digital overviews for maintenance, contracts and deadlines Cooperation with and organisational coordination of the master What we care about We do not seek a “pure administrator” but someone who thinks, organizes and likes to find solutions.
