You take the professional and disciplinary leadership of a small team and coordinate the tasks in accordance with our goals You are responsible for the business processes in the operational purchasing process – from demand clarification to order processing to appointment tracking You ensure a timely supply and take care of escalations and complaints As the first escalation instance, you analyze malfunctions in security of supply, prioritise needs and guide appropriate measures You continuously optimize our supply chain processes, especially in procurement and logistics You evaluate and develop suppliers based on clear performance indicators You work closely and targeted with planning and production

You have a completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businessman/wife, ideally with further training in purchasing (e.g. specialist purchasing IHK) You bring experience in operational purchasing, material management or escalation management You have already worked with ERP systems (ideally SAP S/4HANA) and are safe in handling MS Office, especially Excel You have first leadership experience or want to go the next step towards team leadership You think analytically, work structured and have a good numerical understanding You communicate safely in German and well in English You are convinced by organisational talent, self-initiative and enforcement, as well as by team spirit and responsibility
